Earlier in the day I had installed a replacement immersion heater element for one of my customers, but sadly every time we attempted to turn it on, it would trip at the main consumer board, after checking my wiring connections were correct I contacted Frank at Carlyia. Considering the short notice, Frank attended promptly to my plight, tested the electric circuit for the immersion heater and soon found the newly installed element it self was at fault. So thanks to Frank I was able to tell the customer what the problem was, drain the cylinder and install another new element.
